How do I get my Sandals once the Kickstarter campaign is complete?

When we are ready to fulfill, you will receive an email to download the Wiivv App (for iOS or Android) and instructions on what to do next.

The app will guide you through the process of customizing your Custom Fit Sandals and completing our 5 minute measurement process which involves taking 5 photos of your bare feet. You’ll then submit your order and the rest is in our hands! Our technology will take the photos you submitted, digitally map each foot at over 200 data points and convert them into a 3D-printed arch support. We will assemble your sandals with your custom arch and strap placement and deliver to your door.

What sizes will you offer?
We determine your sandal footbed size based on the measurements you submit in our app. Below are the size ranges we support.
MEN’S (Min-Max) US: 7 - 14 EU: 39 - 48 UK: 6 - 13 AUS: 6.5 - 13.5
WOMEN’S (Min - Max) US: 5 - 12 EU: 36 - 43 UK: 3 - 10 AUS: 3.5 - 10.5

Can I order another set of straps for my Sandals?
Absolutely. The straps are interchangeable so you can personalize your look for any occasion. You can buy as many straps as you’d like for an additional cost.
Post-Kickstarter campaign we will offer many opportunities to purchase additional straps a-la-cart. Stay tuned!

How do I adjust/change my straps?

The sides of the straps snap out with a little tug. If you would like to loosen/tighten one or both sides you can simply tug, reposition and snap back into your desired position.

You will receive a little tool that makes snapping the toe thong out. There will be instructions in your packaging. You can also use this tool to position and secure the toe thong of your replacement strap.

Are my Wiivv Custom Fit Sandals Right For...
People with flat feet - Wiivv Custom Fit Sandals are custom fit to each foot, even the flattest feet. Our technology understands your arch height and will ensure you have the arch support you need to maximize your comfort. - We have created a “biomechanics filter” that optimizes the support level required for someone with flat arches. We still customize the shape of the arch to key anatomical structures on the foot but the support level generated is slightly higher compared with higher arches. We built this feature based on comfort and customer feedback.
Will the Sandals be good for someone with plantar fasciitis or other foot ailments? - Wiivv Custom Fit Sandals are built with the same technology used for our Custom Fit Insoles. Our insoles are designed to relieve common lower body and foot ailments like plantar fasciitis, joint discomfort, lower body pain and general foot fatigue

I have narrow/wide feet. How wide are your sandals?
Our sandals are designed to fit the majority of foot sizes. Our app will take measurements to determine the optimal footbed for you. In the rare case that we cannot accommodate your foot size, we’ll issue a full refund.

Can I order the opposite gender's sandals or straps?
Unfortunately the men’s straps don’t fit into the women’s footbed and vice versa. So you would need to either go with men’s footbed and straps or women’s footbed and straps.
The main difference between the gender styles is that the men’s version has a wider footbed and 1” wide straps (instead of 0.5” straps on the women’s).
You can definitely just opt for the opposite gender’s sandal if you prefer the overall look of the footbed and straps. Our arch technology, 3D printing, adjustable strap, and adjustable toe thong will still provide an excellent fit.

The Wiiv team will be taking all the customization details for your sandals later down the line. If you’ve already completed your BackerKit survey, then you’re currently all set and there’s no further action required until Wiiv reaches out to collect all your customization details.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
